When you create your premium account on FILF, your access to our premium services is renewed for free each month for a 30-day period. If you cancel your premium account, your access to our premium services will no longer be renewed and will be terminated at the end of the current 30-day period.

When you sign up for a premium Membership on Filf, you get a 30-day access to our premium services, which automatically renews every month. Canceling your premium membership means your 30-day membership won't renew for the following month and will expire at the end of the 30-day period.

To cancel your FILF account, head on over to the My Account settings page.

You can also terminate your membership by sending an email to our Customer Service Department: supportteam@Filf.com. Please include your full name, log-in name, and the last four digits of your credit or debit card number (or the full account number linked to your payment method).

What is cam-to-cam?

Cam-to-Cam is one of the hottest premium features on FILF! It lets you enable your webcam so you and the model can both see each other (and no one else) and enjoy maximum interaction in complete privacy. Of course, this feature is optional and you are not required to enable your webcam to chat with our models.

What is a gold show?

A Gold Show is a group chat where a model sets a Gold goal any member can contribute to before the timer runs out. Those who haven’t contributed the minimum buy-in Gold rate won’t have access to the Gold Show. If the Gold goal isn’t reached by the timer hits zero, the Gold Show is canceled automatically, and all the members who have contributed won’t be charged.

How to set up a gold show on Filf?

You can decide to start a Gold Show where multiple members can opt-in and contribute the minimum buy-in Gold rate to join your show when the timer runs out.

To start a Gold show, head on over to the Gold Show settings on the Streamate Models platform. Set the Gold goal members need to reach to make the show happen, the minimum buy-in Gold rate each member needs to contribute, the time they have to reach the goal, and the duration of your Gold show.

If the Gold goal is reached by the time the timer hits zero, you have 90 seconds to click “Start” and begin your Gold Show. If you don’t begin your Gold Show before the 90 seconds are over, your Gold Show will be canceled automatically, and the members who have contributed won’t be charged.
